We accept to refund order for unused products, if you return used, broken, scratched or clogged product - we will decline refund.
If we decline to refund the product, customer pays return shipping to get item(s) back. Otherwise item(s) will be recycled without any refund.
Please understand that we will see if item(s) has been used. The product to be returned must be marketable.
Customer pays the shipping costs for return.
Returns should be notified to the customer service before returning the product, otherwise the refund will result in unnecessary additional costs.
The postal payment for the unpublished packet and the resulting processing costs are deducted from the amount to be refunded.
The ordering products do not have a refund. Products ordered by pre-order or made at customer's request - are subscription products.
An online store may make an exception in some cases and allow a refund if the product is of such a nature that it can be resold.
